Had a door that was very slightly loose and needed a quick tighten. My dealer wanted me to schedule a full appointment, diagnose it, etc. I went here instead and they tightened the bolt in 2 mins. Very friendly service. I appreciate them.

I’ve had my BMW for 15 years and wanted to find a service center that offers dealer like services without the dealer cost. Well, I think I’ve found it. From my first call with Charlie where he gave me some decent advice to diagnose an issue and then helped me schedule some time to further diagnose and rectify a half engine light issue I was having. I will be back for sure.

I have been taking my 2013 BMW X5 to this shop since August 2023 and I’ve never been disappointed. The owner Paul is phenomenal, and their point man Eric is great at communicating between the mechanics and client, and problem solving. Unfortunately my Porsche Panamera has needed a lot of work lately, it is an old car, but the team at European and Domestic Auto Care keeps her going. I have trusted them when the AC went out and for engine and transmissions mounts as well as getting a whole new cooling system amongst other things. They’re always quick to identify the issue and they’ve honored warranties on previous repairs. They were friendly, informative, and pretty quick on my oil change (same day). They also provided me with what things I should do next on my car. I asked questions and they provided great answers and great service. I’ll go back and get service items done from them. I would recommend.

The suspension system on my BMW X3 were nearly down. They did great job in replacing struts, control arms and bushing. Their estimate is reasonable, they are willing to listen to my need, communicate with me in details and frequency. I like their business practice.
